"A friend held his wedding reception cum dinner there and I must say he chose the right place.
You can view beautiful sunset, especially during the cool winter period from Nov to Jan, enjoying canapés and admiring the Shwedagon Pagoda a distance away.
I will recommend this place for events. It's rather private as it's located at the roof-top of a commercial building, just a few minutes walk from the main road. It's opposite the Asia Royal Hospital in case you don't know how to pronounce Pan Hliang Street, and it's easy to tell the taxi."

"Atlas Rooftop Bar & Lounge is at the top floor (12F) of the Uniteam building in Yangon. It offers a really (!!!) great view of the city and most especially of Shwedagon Pagoda at night.
The cocktails are good, but needs a bit more kick of alcohol in it. Was surprised a sisig fusion dish was in the menu, so we ordered it. Probably, it has been changed to suit Burmese taste, but I didn’t taste any of the Filipino sisig I was looking for.
But what made the night incredible was the overall vibe of the place. Really chill place to be in plus the DJ!!! The DJ was amazing with his really cool
mix! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽"

Lovely lounges / seating areas to take in the views... hosted parties are a little pricey... 100,000MMK to enter... but very worthwhile as the djs are great and the atmosphere is lively! Check the weather before going (not raining)...as this determines how busy/ popular it'll be... Drinks and food are a bit pricey, but to be expected... lovely cocktails!"
