Reviews Summary
NEGRONI Cuenca is praised for its stunning rooftop views of the cathedral and excellent cocktails, making it a popular spot for a special evening out. While the ambiance and service are frequently lauded, some diners find the food to be average for the price, though certain dishes like pasta and the Negroni burger receive positive mentions. The high prices are a recurring theme, often considered a trade-off for the prime location and views.
"Hey guys, I loved it, me and the wife finally visited and got 2 lychee mules a bread basket, Truffled pasta and the Encocado. So good, mouthwatering, over all not 100% what we expected but they did amazing. Price is large though, watch out. Service great! They gave us some quail eggs topped with avocado fish sauce on the house! Also they got us a blanket for the cold."

"Looking to sip some delicious cocktails on a rooftop with a view of the cathedral? This international chain provides exactly what you’d need for a nightcap. The servers were very friendly as well, and weren’t bothered that we were just there for drinks (it was 10 p.m. after all).
The entrance to the rooftop bar is inside a clothing store, giving it a speakeasy vibe.
The cocktails were delicious— and I absolutely loved the “Jengibrazo”, a twist on the classic canelazo. The Andes Negroni was a hit as well for those Negroni lovers.
The food menu had a lot of sushi options. Would have loved to tried some if we had another night in Cuenca."
