"I ordered a Pork belly main, and I must say I have never been so disappointed in a pork belly.... absolutely no crackle, no crunch, just heavily salted soft chewy skin on top, it looked pan fried on the top. It was so below average it makes my own pork belly I make at home seem 5 star. You should remove it from the menu or put a disclaimer, because anyone in their right mind who orders pork belly, is craving that crackle!
