The lovely lady behind the bar was not only incredibly helpful but also had a delightful down-to-earth charm that added to the experience.
Now, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely divine! We indulged in the scallops paired with black pudding and prosciutto, savored the succulent pork belly, and delighted in the perfectly cooked octopus. Each dish was a masterpiece, with presentation that was as exquisite as the incredible flavors. Honestly, it’s the best meal I’ve had in ages! "Whether you’re a Chardonnay fan or not this is a MUST when in Napier. A great selection of wines and beverages on their list, and the food menu is fantastic. The dumplings were a standout, and we had to order a second serve.
For the Chardonistas, all of Tony Bish’ wines are available by the glass. I had the Zen and it was delicious. Had to pick up a dozen Fat & Sassy while there too…
