Josh Emmett is a Michelin-star chef and judge on MasterChef NZ and runs both Rata and Madam Woo. Rata takes inspiration from the southern landscapes and provides a uniquely ‘southern’ dining experience. Madam Woo on the waterfront is busy, buzzy and does Malaysian-Asian street food and people watching with aplomb. Or, join the queue outside Fergburger – it’s well worth the wait. Queenstown’s best pizzeria is probably The Cow, (and has been for 30 years), though Bella Cucina offers pretty stiff competition.

Ordered through Uber but unfortunately the fryer that they use for gf chicken for celiac was out of action that night so they rang us and talked through all the options available and the food was absolutely amazing and the lady that rung was so friendly and helpful looking forward to going back

I hear Blue Canoe is good, and also I've been to Madam Woos which is ace. Both Asian / fusion ish. I hear Rata is good, and have had a good spendy feed at The Bunker.
