"We enjoyed a beautiful luncheon with good friends up at Aorangi Peak. The welcome was warm and genuine, the views obviously spectacular, but I the food was the star attraction. We had platters with fresh oyster shots, seared scallops with a beautiful dressing, beautiful beef pieces, lamb ribs. Absolutely delicious. Totally awesome experience"

"This is a special place located on top of the mountain. Main business is to serve quick meals to Chinese ADS tourist groups, as well as some individual Chinese visitors recommended by Xiaohongshu.
To be honest, the food was very simple but the steaks were cooked to suit Chinese tastebuds. One interesting was the owner did NOT allow us to take away the leftover, claiming that by doing so, customers will suffer food poisoning and complain. Strange reasons tho.
The view was breath taking. You could see luge and gondola down.
Shall I recommend you to come here? Yes. Will we come back? Prob not."
