Arriving from Venice in the 1960s, the founder of this restaurant, Remiro Bresolin, brought with him the passion and creativity that comes with Italian cooking. You may think this is all standard, but it’s not always the case; we waited 15 minutes at Pizza Mario without a drink and the place was practically empty as we arrived early, on a bleak Sydney winter night.

I've recently been diagnosed as celiac, so I can not eat anything with gluten, so I ordered their gluten-free pizza base. When the pizza arrived, it was freezing cold, and half of the entire crust was burnt to a crisp, and the crust was inedible. The pizza was disgusting and I paid an outrageous price ($36.19) for it with no refund.
