"We visited Bacalao in Svolvær and it was a delicious experience. As a starter, we tried a creamy seafood soup that was incredibly comforting. The mussels in jalapeño sauce were a surprise, with just the right amount of heat, accompanied by crispy fries. The lamb was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. To drink, the local apple juice was refreshing and authentic. The combination of good food, a cozy atmosphere, and spectacular views makes it well worth the trip. Highly recommended!"
