"Lucky me that this restaurant had already opened door for lunch when I walked past at 12:30pm, because today was Food Festival⁉️ Delicious fresh-made sushi😋😋 by the chef behind the sushi bar counter with local fresh fish. A big surprise was my favourite dish - seaweed👏, which was rarely seen in other restaurants. The Korean waiter👍 was super friendly and so were the other waiters and the chefs👍👍 behind the counter. Simply the best sushi in town🙏"

Chan Thomas

"We ordered poke bowl tempura and mango heaven. Sushi rice was tasty but a little bit overcooked for my liking. The soya sauce that comes with the food gave a bitter after taste, it destroy the freshness of the sushi unfortunately . They made it and delivered fast to me.Overall a good sushi for its price."

Sabi Sushi, Sandnes and bits of Stavanger – London Eater

They opened their first Sabi Sushi in April last year, primarily a takeaway, with their third partner and head chef Roger Joya. Unlike us lot, Stavangerians prefer to eat in the comfort of their home. Success followed and before long, they’d open their 2nd outlet in Forus, outside a gas station, this time with a seating area (decor not unlike a Little Chef) and dubbed it a Japanese diner.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, perfect service and good value, in our opinion!. We both went for the tasting menu which was many small sized dishes and we were left wowed by the quality and taste. Perfect amount of food in total too.
