Also located in the Casco Viejo neighborhood, Caliope has earned a reputation for its delicious, artisanal cocktails. Vodka-based La Chica de Moscu is no exception, blending pineapple and Disaronno to create the perfect balance of fruity and bittersweet almond.

In an homage to the Greek goddess of eloquence, one of the nine muses, Caliope Restaurant combines elegance, ambiance and taste to make for an unforgettable dining and culinary experience (with just the right amount of swank). Owned by T ántalo Group, it offers one of the best gastronomical adventures in Panama City. Its menus are infused with creativity thanks to international chefs Martino Pace and Pierre de Janon, who bring fusion food made using local ingredients, artisanal cocktails with a big city twist, and diverse wine options to the table ( literally).

Located on the third floor of the Teatro Amador, in the heart of the magical Old Town of Panama City, is Caliope, the restaurant that presents impeccably, and under the button of chef Martino Pace, the fusion of international cuisine with Patio ingredients, which makes each dish not only a unique experience but also evokes memories of flavours already forgotten in the palate.

Thanks to them we found this gem of a restaurant called Caliope, which we would’ve never found otherwise. So Las Clementinas is not just a nice, very good looking hotel, but a pretty rad tour guide as well. We loved staying here as it is so centrally located and you really got everything you need for the perfect city escape!

CALIOPE (Casco Antiguo – Colonial Section of the City, Av. Central, Edificio Teatro Amador, 3rd floor) Casco Antiguo`s first farm to table dining, using fresh and local ingredients, the chef is very creative and the food is fantastic. My favorite is Cedula 3. Reservation is a must.

For a truly amazing, fine dining experience in Panama City, Caliope is excellent. The service, setting, and food were wonderful. We were able to eat there with a large group with a fixed menu, but everything we had was delicious.

Around the corner from our hotel La Concordia in the old city of Panama we ventured out to Caliope. The entrance to the restaurant is through a dark foyer in what seems like a residential, old building and up an elevator.

The senses are put to the test at Caliope Steakhouse, since its intention is to provide diners with a gastronomic experience in style.
