Reviews Summary
KUSYKAY Peruvian Craft Food is highly praised for its exceptional Peruvian cuisine, artistic presentation, and use of fresh, local ingredients. Diners consistently rave about the outstanding service, with many mentioning specific servers by name for their attentiveness and kindness. While some note it's a bit pricier than typical backpacker options, the overall dining experience is considered a highlight and well worth the cost.
"Great experience, loved this restaurant for a calm dinner. Not busy or noisy at all. Music was at a good level quite relaxing. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche and the Lomo Saltado (beef dish). Big portions as well. Aysha our waitress was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend for traditional peruvian food but also many other options!"

"This restaurant was an absolute highlight of my trip! The food was incredible — every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the first bite to the last, it was a real culinary experience. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was the service. Diego took care of us with so much kindness and professionalism. He was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Thanks to him, we felt more like special guests than customers. I can’t recommend this place enough — fantastic food and truly outstanding service!"

"Fabulous, locally-focused food and equally wonderful service. We chose this restaurant based on reviews from multiple sources and our expectations were well exceeded.
The food was artistic but not fussy, very well balanced, seasoned perfectly, bright out with excellent timing, and clearly prepared with very high-quality ingredients. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in all of South America.
From beginning to end, our server, Sebastian, was perfectly attentive, explaining each dish and always ready at the right time without being overbearing. His charming demeanor made us feel thoroughly welcomed.
When in Cusco this restaurant should be a required stop if you are a foodie."
