Reviews Summary

Organika is highly praised for its incredibly fresh, organic, and beautifully presented farm-to-table cuisine, with many highlighting unique dishes like the arugula tiramisu and sweet potato ravioli. The friendly and attentive service enhances the overall dining experience, making it a must-visit for healthy and delicious food in Cusco. However, some visitors find the ambiance a bit touristic, and a few have felt that certain dishes did not meet their high expectations, though the quality of ingredients is generally lauded.

"We found Organika while walking around the historic center and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful with plants and soft lighting that make it feel calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I ordered the steak filet with mango sweet potatoes and it was incredible. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly and the sweet potatoes were probably my favorite part. They were sweet and caramelized with just a little tang from the mango. Every bite was full of flavor and tasted so fresh.

For dessert we tried the tiramisu which was really cool because it was green from arugula. I know that sounds strange but it actually worked. It was light and not too sweet with a really fresh flavor. We also had the carrot cake which was warm and moist with the best cream cheese frosting.

The service was friendly the portions were generous and you could tell everything was made with care. I would absolutely come back. If you’re in Cusco and want something delicious fresh and a little different this place is a must."

"Amazing food. Order the arugula tiramisu, it was the biggest and most pleasant surprise of the night. Simply delicious! We had plenty of great food, but what made this experience outstanding was Winnie's service! She made the whole group feel welcome and appreciated and had great recommendations. Great service is what puts one restaurant above the rest!"

Fernando Sarmiento

"Booked this restaurant because of the high rating, however, doesn’t really wow me.
I’m not sure whether it would be rather biased, because for the past few meals that we had in other restaurants, there is always a ‘to-die for’ dishes. But with Organika, I felt rather so so. The classic salad came with a weird drizzling cheese sauce and the ceviche, though taste good, yet the sauce are not adequate to create a punch.
Lastly, it’s really a touristic ambiance.
Overall, I give it a 7.5 out of 10. Service and staffs are nice, just that it happened to be our third restaurant."

My friends and I all ordered the trout salad – a pile of greens with slivers of smoked trout and tossed with a passionfruit dressing.
