In case you didn’t know, Sabel is Bencab’s muse and the subject of many of his paintings; Sabel is also the homeless woman he used to see outside of his house. Inspired by National Artist Benedicto Cabrera’s muse, Cafe Sabel is a little cafe inside the BenCab Museum overlooking a forest and a duck pond. A couple of art pieces have made their way into the cafe as well, but it's the garden view that's really a showstopper here.
