Cafe Sabel is at the bottom floor of Bencab Museum. It's overlooking a beautiful garden. You cant see the garden when it's really foggy but nevertheless, you will still enjoy the ambience from its al fresco dining.
Food is a hit or miss.
Pumpkin soup was good.
