Reviews Summary

Luisa's Cafe is a beloved Baguio institution, praised for its affordable prices, generous portions, and authentic Chinese-Filipino flavors, particularly its signature Mami and Siopao. While some find the ambiance dated, many appreciate the nostalgic atmosphere and friendly service. Potential drawbacks include long waiting times for food and occasional less-than-ideal service experiences.

"Baguio-native sibs hyped this cafe, so we hit Session Road for a late bite after the rain. Prices? Crazy affordable. Inside? Think old-school cafeteria. My expectations were low. Then the food arrived; HUGE portions and seriously tasty! Vibe was surprisingly great despite the dated look. Parkingon session road is a nightmare, so just walk. ☺️
Cheap eats with surprisingly awesome, generous food. Walk, don't drive! 👍"

"We tried their famous mami along with asado siopao and shanghai, and all the food was great especially the Mami. You can really tell it's carefully made and unique. I also loved that the vegetables are fresh. The only downside was that one of the servers came off a bit unfriendly, but aside from that, the food was excellent."

Crystal Mae Dela Cruz

"The food was flavourful, it tasted like old school mamunlok Mami siopao was also good but on the sweet side. Unfortunately the waiting time for a noodle is too long 😞 if they could improve on the serving time would have been nicer"
