Laguna Express: 2/5 missing some seasoning

"I used to love this place when I lived in Cebu. I always went every time I was visiting the Philippines. The fresh lumpia was as good as I remembered, Pinckney and chicken were okay. The halo halo was good though. The mini halo halo is big enough after a big meal."

"I’ve had better Filipino food elsewhere. Was disappointed by the food quality. I believe they used to be better. The krispy pata was small, calamares were overcooked. Fried kangkong was my favorite."
