Reviews Summary
Taste El Nido is celebrated for its delicious and visually appealing plant-based dishes, especially its smoothie bowls and fresh ingredients. Reviewers often praise the friendly and accommodating staff, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted long wait times for orders and found certain dishes to be underwhelming or lacking in flavor.
"The food is absolutely amazing! We wish we had more time in El Nido just so we could go back again. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care.
The Cool Blue Smoothie Bowl is to die for—so refreshing, perfectly blended, and packed with flavor. The Tofu Burrito Bowl was another standout, with the perfect mix of textures and seasonings.
The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in El Nido, this is a must-visit spot for delicious, plant-based food. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and me tried this vegan place for breakfast, and it turned out to be surprisingly well. The place is air condition which is a relief in an area and it serves some of the best breakfast options here. Their menu has a lot of variety of vegan food, which is hard to find around.
We tried their burrito bowl and a smoothie bowl both of which are fantastic in taste. The smoothie bowl was almost like a/which was too cold for us, but we managed it somehow, because the taste was very good. The burrito bowl was quite good with a lot of toppings.
The ambience is nice and fresh clean
The place may get full sometimes during breakfast, so there can be a wait time all in all a great option for vegans in El Nido."

"I'm a bit surprised by the positive reviews. Our order took a very long time to arrive – we even had to cancel one item because it was taking so long and we were already full.
The smoked ham sandwich sounded promising, but it was underwhelming. It turned out to be a simple toast with salad and standard smoked tofu – something you'd easily make at home. Nothing special in terms of flavor. The chickun wrap was served cold and only had a few pieces of tofu with some salad.
Upstairs, the tables were dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. Leftover food sat around for quite a while. The board games available were in poor condition and not appealing to use.
On a positive note, the coffee was decent.
Overall, it might be okay for a quick snack, but I wouldn't expect much beyond that."

Finding vegan food across the Philippines; the land of pork and seafood, was a real struggle – until I discovered Taste El Nido!.
