What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ole Boracay offers a mixed dining experience, with many praising the generous portions and flavorful Filipino and Spanish dishes like paella and fajitas. However, some diners have noted issues with service attentiveness and found certain dishes, like spaghetti, to be overpriced and small. The restaurant's location in D'Mall is convenient, and the ambiance is generally pleasant, though some experiences have been less than satisfactory.
"I had lunch there. Their beef sisig is really very tasty. Also, the mango juice is very good."

"This Mexican restaurant is located on the famous D'Mall walking street, making it easy to find as it's right on the main road. We ordered the popular seafood paella and the Filipino sour soup, sinigang. They are generous with the ingredients, as the seafood paella is packed with mussels, squid, shrimp, ham, and chicken / pork. However, this Mexican dish was not to my liking based on my personal taste. While we also ordered the Filipino sour soup - sinigang, which tastes great when served hot.
However, in terms of pricing, it’s slightly expensive. We spent more than 1,800 PHP for the two dishes, but the portions are quite large. Both of us were unable to finish them. Additionally, the restaurant is equipped with air conditioning."

"Most of Staff were chatting themselves instead of looking after customers. The last dish we ordered was seafood paella. We were waited quite a long time, when we asked a waitress about it, she checked with kitchen staff and told us it will be just 3mins away.
About 20mins later the dish finally arrived. Brunt on the bottom completely black and extremely salty by cooking in a sauce for too long!
They force us to pay "service charge" and they only accepted cash..
No where in a restaurant, they mentioned about cash payment, I don't remember about service charge though...
In general, it wasn't pleasant experience at all.."
