"We had such a great time dining at Subo Boracay during our stay on the island! The food was seriously good — we ordered Dinuguan, seafood rice, sinuglaw, and Aklanon oysters, and everything was packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The oysters especially were super fresh, and the sinuglaw had the perfect mix.
What made the experience even better was the service. Jenny and Lowen were amazing — so attentive and accommodating, and they made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived.
If you’re in Boracay and craving Filipino food, definitely check this place out. We’re already planning to come back the next time we’re on the island!"

"Service was impeccable. Our servers were Fatima and Joy. Ambiance was really nice and there was entertainment. The traditional dances was a good touch. There was also an acoustic singer. The food was okay. The crispy noodles a bit on the salty side and the chicken a tad dry. Otherwise, it was a nice dining experience, and all the other food we ordered was good."

Where to Eat in Boracay, Philippines Vegan Vs Travel
I (and I do hope you'll agree with me) think it's SO important to try local cuisines and visit authentic restaurants when you travel. Granted, it's often harder for vegans, but not impossible (hence this vegan blog). Unfortunately, there is a severe shortage of Filipino restaurants in Boracay.
