Reviews Summary

Ooma is praised for its delicious and creative Japanese cuisine, particularly its unique sushi rolls and the standout Hanger Steak. Many diners commend the excellent service and attentive staff, though some note that the food can be a bit salty and the interior can get quite noisy during peak hours.

"So far, I’ve only tried this restaurant once but it was unforgettable for me. Everything else was great. But the most I cannot forget was their crowd favorites sushi. I Love, love its smoky flavor. A must try. And I will surely comeback for more."

Marilyn Mejia

"My brother suggested we eat at Ooma since we craved Japanese Cuisine. It was my first time trying Ooma and it was so good!! Once we arrived at the restaurant, one of their crew, Elle, welcomed and assisted us on our table. I don’t have any expectations about the food since this is my first time, but once I tried it, I can say this will not be my last time here. The quality of the food is great, as well as the quantity which is really worth the price. Aside from having great food, the quality of their service made the whole experience complete. Props to the team for providing us great service. Special mention to Elle, she is very kind, accommodating, fast, and attentive and made sure that we got all the right orders at the right time. Overall, our experience at Ooma Rockwell went very well and we’ll definitely come back here🫶🏽✨"

Dionn Reigis Baluyot

"Came here with 8 other people. The good is generally good.

Service is great and atmosphere is quiet and conducive for groups.

I got interested in the ebi tempura the moment I walked in cos they looked so huge. Turns out they were really good at slicing the prawns and it's actually a little smaller than it looks.

Having said that it was still very nicely fried. It was so good we ordered a second serving of it, asking other stuff.

This place is worth a visit if your looking for decent food."

Best Gyudon Delivery in Manila: Prices, Where to Order

Ooma is one of the few places that strikes that balance between giving Japanese classics modern twists—but still delivering the soulful flavors of tradition. Their Gyudon (P345) stays fairly close to classic versions with moist slices of beef short plate slices, shiitake mushrooms, and onion, but also brings in a most welcome textural contrast by way of crispy fried shallots and a fried egg. You can visit Moment Food, a.k.a. the delivery website of their mother company The Moment Group, for orders.
