Reviews Summary

The Frazzled Cook is praised for its cozy, quirky ambiance and generous portions, offering great value for money. While many rave about the delicious truffle pasta and other international dishes, some reviews mention inconsistencies in taste or execution, and occasional service hiccups. It's a popular spot for celebrations and casual dining, with a unique charm that keeps diners returning.

"The 36 hr marinated bangus is tasty and big enough to share. Truffle pasta is creamy and delicious. The best beef ribs in QC. Fresh salad. The place is nice and exudes a relaxing ambiance. Service is attentive, but the staff tend to gather in one place and chit-chat loudly, which is a little annoying. They should keep still facing the dining area and anticipate guest requests. We can also hear the orders being called out to the kitchen. Overall, we had a nice delicious lunch. We'll surely be back."

Noel de Villa

"This diner have many Customers. Their food is OK. Orders ars not served on the 20 minutes waiting time. We cancelled the salad we ordered as it was not listed upon verificatuon. I like their grilled chicken. Must try. Their sizzling Squid was too sweet! Their seafood paella did not meet my expectation sorry."

Grace N.

"Nice atmosphere, feels like an old italian aunt's home in the spring, a flurry or different trinkets on the wall that seems like souvenirs from vacations.

We had rosemary chicken, truffle pasta, and chicken marsala. We loved the truffle pasta, but the chicken dishes were a bit bland for our taste. Food would have fewer stars but the pasta saved it.

As for the service, they kind of had a mix-up with the side dish we ordered for the chicken marsala. They promptly replaced it with the correct order."

Where to Get the Best Italian in Metro Manila

Don’t be fooled by their name—not a thing seems worn out at The Frazzled Cook. It may have an eccentric appearance—with the circular blue entrance plus plates and utensils hanging on the walls—but there’s no doubt that you’ll be satisfied with dishes that focus on international cuisine (think soup, salad, steak, and paella). Don’t miss out on their pasta offerings such as Spicy Shrimp Pasta (P295/solo; P415/family size), a simple dish that highlights the use of quality ingredients.
