Reviews Summary

Rock Inn and Cafe offers a serene escape with its tranquil ambiance and friendly staff, often praised for its unique activities like orange picking. While some find the food to be just 'okay' or overpriced, others rave about its delicious flavors and generous portions, especially local delicacies. The rustic charm and peaceful setting make it a worthwhile destination despite its location.

"I had a great time at Rock Inn and Cafe! I went for the orange picking and was amazed by the variety of oranges and the vast land. The unlimited orange picking for 30 minutes was such a fun experience, and the attendant who helped me was incredibly kind. It was a bit of a walk from my hotel, but I enjoyed every step of the way there. Also had lunch at their restaurant afterward – the food portions were huge! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience!

P.S.: orange picking is seasonal, better message them first before going."

"Great place to stay in Sagada. Very nice service and friendly staff.

A little bit far from the town proper, but self sustaining, as they have their own kitchen and plenty of drinks.

The room we had was part of a three room villa. There were 4 if us in one room with a shared bathroom. The other rooms have their own bathroom. This was okay. No problem at all.

Pillows are comfy and the blankets were sufficient for the cold weather.

The food was okay and the servings are plenty. Had the farmers breakfast and the bacon was superb.

Will I stay here again? For sure.

I just hope Sagada resists the temptation of over commercialism. I truly appreciate the simple rustic beauty of the place. One of those places that's nice to visit, relax and does not feel like a tourist trap. It gives you a real breath of fresh air.

Hope this helps."

"Went here to dine and experience orange picking. However, orange picking season had just finished when we visited the place. Hence, the resto offers the last harvest to enjoy during our stay."

Exploring Sagada’s culinary comfort

Once a warehouse on the lush compound known as Rock Farm in Staunton Road, owner Fely Omengan opened Cafe Bodega’s doors to guests in 2005 as a casual fine dining restaurant rooted in the unique cooing traditions of Sagada. Upon entering the cafe, one will be welcomed to the sight of a rustic charm and ambiance, with windows that overlook the orchard’s prolific greens, accompanied by the polite and accommodating staff. Cafe Bodega takes pride in its version of a local delicacy called pinikpikan.

We brought cup noodles, bread and coffee so we can save money. But for a change, we went to Rock Inn and Cafe to eat our breakfast. The cafe is so far from the town proper and if we don’t have a ride, I will not go here.
