"I have been visiting this place regularly for 2 years now and have never been disappointed yet. Huge selection of vegan sweets as well as salty snacks. The best matcha in Torun, I especially recommend the orange matcha or matcha latte! Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are generally very open and helpful. A big plus for the long opening hours even at the weekend. I remember trying the vegan lavender cake there once, it was brilliant! I hope I get the chance to try it there again one day. And vegan Thursday sweet potato donuts with pistachio decoration MUST HAVE!!"

This cafe, while not fully vegetarian, offers a wide range of plant-based options, including delicious vegan baked goods. The place combines modern design with respect for the historic fabric of the city - it is housed in a restored building that remembers when Torun experienced its cultural and academic heyday in the 1860s.

My two favourites are Bread House which is right in the heart of the Old Town and Nasza Torunska which is about a 12 minute walk out of the Old Town. Both offer a good selection of fresh coffee as well as some nibbles to eat.
