This was my second visit to A Cevicheria in just a month, and it somehow managed to impress us even more the second time around. The food is simply phenomenal — bold, fresh flavors with creative presentation, and an obvious mastery of seafood. The octopus over black mashed potatoes is a standout dish: perfectly cooked, rich and silky, with layers of depth that stay with you.
Vera ,our server , was excellent and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling rushed — the team clearly knows the menu inside and out and brings a real passion for what they serve. We actually found lunch to be even more enjoyable than dinner — perhaps a touch more relaxed, with the kitchen firing on all cylinders.
