The perfect place located in the heart of the city center where you will find a mix of good food, a good atmosphere and inspiring decoration. Flow is characterized by its Mediterranean cuisine and you can find Italian dishes on the menu, such as pumpkin risotto, cocoa tagliatelle, cheek ravioli, various fish and seafood dishes including sea bass fillet and tuna taco, and also meat dishes, such as aged beef ribs and filet wellington with mushrooms. The restaurant promises a unique experience that can be enjoyed in one of the 3 distinct areas that the place offers: restaurant, bar and terrace.

With tables scattered casually around the room and a decoration where the presence of straw and large plants predominate, it is a room that calls for a casual rendez vous. In this restaurant for groups in Porto you can find good meat, fish and Italian specialties such as gnochi and several risottos (the beetroot is to die for). When I go there with my friends we prefer to order a handful of starters and have an impromptu tapas dinner.

We ordered delicious local, fresh fish and wine, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu!!

Localizado na baixa do Porto, o Flow Restaurant Bar ocupa um edifício neo-árabe, mantendo elementos que refletem as suas heranças históricas. As suas arcadas, balaústres e azulejos exteriores adicionam um toque exótico ao ambiente. Sob a liderança do Chef Rui Mingatos, a cozinha oferece pratos criativos e inesquecíveis, com combinações surpreendentes e texturas sofisticadas.

My personal favourite on the list, this one’s usually in high demand during evenings and weekends so it’s worth booking a table for the outside terrace if you can. It’s on the 17th floor of the Hotel Dom Henrique hence the name, and the adjacent restaurant is just as good for a few sundowners on colder and rainier evenings. View this post on Instagram

The creative menu explores Mediterranean flavours and sushi.

The interior design, combining elements of the building's original architecture with contemporary decor, makes dining here a visual and culinary delight.

Housed in a converted ceramics factory, Flow offers both a restaurant and a bar, which is connected to an outdoor terrace, divided by floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The décor is impressive and uniquely exotic, with a modern and spacious feel.

One of my favorite dinner restaurants we ate at in Porto and was highly recommended by our host as well. I absolutely loved the Orchiette pasta. The interior was super chic and the service was incredible we absolutely loved our servers and they gave us a ton of recommendations for Porto as well!
