What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pedro Lemos offers a sophisticated Michelin-starred dining experience with exquisite food and exceptional service. Guests praise the tasting menus, elegant atmosphere, and the personal touch from the chef and staff. While most find the experience outstanding, a few reviewers noted that the flavors could be unexciting at times and found the service and wine prices less impressive for the cost.
"Superb restaurant. We visited Porto just for Pedro Lemos, and it was absolutely worth it. The service, the atmosphere, and out of this world food.
We tried the tasting menu, and every part of it was just perfect. I cannot say enough about the food, it just needs to be experienced.
The staff were very friendly, especially our server Katarina, who went above and beyond, and to top it all off: on our way out, the head chef - Pedro Lemos himself - came out to say "hello."
This is what I call a perfect experience."

"On our first night in Porto, we arrived at Pedro Lemos with our suitcases. Instead of being judgmental about our situation as we’ve had a long day and wasn’t able to stop at the hotel without being extremely late to dinner, they took our luggage with grace. We first sat down in their “waiting room” where we started with small bites. Afterwards, we entered the main dining room. The restaurant was beautifully designed and we learned that they had just recently moved into the space. It truly was a work of art. Instead of doing the regular tasting menu, we opted into the al la carte menu with 2 appetizer, one entree and dessert each. We wanted to try more of their dishes than just both having the tasting menu. The flavors of each taste were delicious and perfectly made. I can see why they received their one Michelin star. Would highly recommend for your dining experience in Porto."

"Dining at Pedro Lemos was one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal. From the moment we walked in, the place felt special—warm, welcoming, and full of charm. What really made the night unforgettable was getting to meet Chef Pedro himself. He was so down-to-earth and genuinely took the time to chat with us, which made the experience feel even more personal.
I have a few food allergies, which usually makes eating out a bit nerve-wracking, but the team here couldn’t have been more accommodating. They took everything seriously and still managed to serve dishes that were creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I felt totally looked after the entire evening, which meant so much.
It’s not every day you find a place where the food is outstanding and the people are just as amazing. Pedro Lemos is more than just a fine dining spot—it’s an experience made with heart. I can’t recommend it enough."
