"Mangiare Bene in Cuenca was an average dining experience. Although the location was fairly convenient, the food left us somewhat disappointed. Despite the owner speaking Italian, the quality of the ingredients didn’t live up to expectations. The dishes, including the bolognese which was overly salty, were authentic yet simple. The ambiance matched this simplicity—nothing remarkable. Service was decent, but overall, it didn’t justify the price, which was relatively high for Cuenca standards. Not a place we would particularly recommend given the quality-to-price ratio."
