Reviews Summary
Zuma is celebrated for its luxurious atmosphere, attentive service, and innovative Pan-Asian cuisine, particularly its fresh seafood. While many praise the exquisite food and stunning decor, some reviewers note blandness in certain dishes or minor service hiccups. Despite the high prices, the overall dining experience is often described as exclusive and memorable, though consistency issues, especially with seasonal items like king crab, have been mentioned.
"Really nice asian food restaurant in the centre of Vladivostok.
We were attended by Alex, a young and helpful waiter that recommended us very nice dishes.
We tried a bit of sushi, a warm salad, two soups and fish with apple sauce, they were awesome.
We enjoyed the place to much as the decoration and the architecture of the building is just perfect."

"I have no doubt for chef and cook in the restaurant.
And also live whole crab will be awesome.
Ramp meat was so good.
And the beer was good too.
But crab lag was disappointing.
I visited here this morning.
There's no freshness, no fullness in the crab shell.
I suggested to manager to think about the quality for their reputation.
I don't any more person disappointed at the crab with saying holy crab after me.
And I hope success of this restaurant.
I hope to taste something better at the next visit."

Vladivostok: Revealing Russia’s Huge Region in the Heart of Asia! (VIDEOS)
All the locals say that if you visit any restaurant in town, then it should be ‘Zuma’. It’s famous for its seafood that comes right from the waters surrounding the region. The Chef was nice enough to show us how to make his “Wok Shock” (which rhymes in Russian pronunciation, but not my Cleveland accent) made of mostly scallops - one of the many delicious sea creatures that I am allergic to, but will eat anyways to make a good video.
