"I took a friend to lunch at O’Galito Centurion and had the salmon on mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables. The fish was perfectly cooked although not as tasty as seared salmon should be. However the mash had an interesting slightly nutty flavour which I really enjoyed. I found the vegetables slightly undercooked but others would like them this way.
The service is acceptable, the decor pleasing, the atmosphere restful, and the coffee is particularly good; strong and smooth.
A pleasant surprise was a complimentary liquor which we were served after our meal."
