The place was buzzing with so many calls making reservations, familiar conversations between the staff and some of the locals, and the food/drinks making their way to tables and the bar.
The food was so good I couldn’t stop eating. I left stuffed.
The staff was very kind and patient with non Spanish speakers, and was even giving recommendations to those who asked.
I will most certainly be coming back here the next time I visit Cadiz."

We had the artichokes with ham, grilled squid and the tuna. They were all excellent but the tuna stands out as being the best tuna I have ever eaten.
Booking is essential, but the multi lingual staff make everything very easy. Can’t recommend this place too highly. Try it, you won’t regret it."

Casa Lazo is an old school place I learned of in the James Blick Spain Revealed Facebook group. It was perfect and we almost went back on our second night. Nik and I shared a piece of grilled fish over some glasses of wine.
