Oasis: For me, the best Arabic restaurant, it is in the Monte Hacho and you have to go by car because it is above everything, in front of a viewpoint with views of the whole city. Anything that you ask for is amazing although I especially remember the pinchitos de kefta (Morocan kefta kebabs), pinchitos morunos (Spanish pork kebabs), arroz picante (Spicy rice), couscous de pollo a la moruna (Moorish chicken couscous) y pastela (Morocan pie).

I came by the inviting Oasis Restaurant and felt like going in for some lunch but it was way out of my budget. Shortly after, I found a steep (!!!!) path that led me all the way up to the Byzantine fortress. Unfortunately, members of the public are not allowed to enter the fortress as it’s occupied by the Spanish army, but there’s a trail around the entire fortress that’s open to everyone.
