"Nice restaurant recommended by the locals, the food was amazing, 1/2 kg of beef costing €25 and the fish “Besugo “ €98 , really done well. However the down side of this place is that they take very long to serve , besides we had to keep asking for more bread, they don’t even bother to come and check with the table."

I ordered the monkfish dish during my visit today, and unfortunately, I found multiple worms throughout the flesh of the fish. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
I understand that certain wild-caught fish can naturally carry parasites, but proper cleaning and preparation (including freezing or thorough cooking) should prevent them from being present in the served dish.
I stopped eating it immediately out of concern for food safety. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case there was an issue with the fish supplier or preparation process.
I’d appreciate a response and hope this can be addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time.
