tomato salad was superb, exactly what i needed after not eating veggies for the past 5 days (why does spanish food not have any greens 😭) the burrata cheese was omg!!! heavenly!!! so sweet and creamy, and the strawberry jam was the perfect tangy fruity salad dressing. the candied almonds added good crunchy texture to the salad, loved this sm
and on to the pork ribs omg u must get this! our server helped to debone it right in front of us and it literally j fell off the bone like that. the sauce was so good, savoury with a tinge of sweet, a bit reminiscent of bbq sauce but much much more flavourful.
the fried artichokes were very delicately plated and eating them in one mouthful was a gastronomic experience of textures & flavours, but definitely outshone by the other two dishes abv.
the service is super friendly & smiley, a refreshing welcome for our first meal in granada, esp after a few unfriendly encounters back in madrid :( special shoutout to Fernando & Rita for making this meal extra memorable <3

"One of the best dining experiences we had in Granada! Everything was just perfect — from the food to the service, atmosphere, and overall vibe.
We ordered the pork ribs, fried eggplant, and grilled cabbage salad served with flavorful cheese — absolutely delicious. The fried eggplant was hands down the best we’ve had, even compared to other places we tried during our trip.
Special thanks to Sara, who made the experience even more memorable with her warm and friendly service. Her kindness added a personal touch that made everything even better.
