"This restaurant is in a great location! Who can deny a lovely meal in Old Ibiza, just steps from the Ibiza castle?! I was lured in when they confirmed they had gluten free bread, only to find out, “they were out”.
I would give the food an average and I’d give the service an excellent. But the manager/owner gets a big fat ZERO.
When I asked if I could use my AmEx, he snottily replied, “Si, I can help you get your points”. Well guess what, I’m diamond medallion. I don’t need anymore points. But guess what you need, you need people to come to your restaurant. DON’T DO IT. There are too many other great places to eat.
