"In my own personal opinion this is one of the best bars in Ibiza town. It has the restaurant tables on the outside then on the inside they have this cave like area where you can also eat or just go for drinks, the vibe is very chilled and modern with stunning architecture inside. Even something as simple as the toilets inside are very reminiscent of a mansions toilets where they are very homely but still modern. All types of drinks from cocktails to beers to alcohol free options"

Back again because apparently I'm predictable like that. But seriously, this location is chef's kiss – prime people-watching real estate where you can pretend you're somebody important while sipping overpriced alcohol free beer. ( just kidding it was good value)
Walked in without a booking like an amateur and somehow sweet-talked our way to a table. Lucky us, because this place is packed for good reason.
Yes, it'll make your wallet cry a little, but that beef was ridiculous (in the best way) and the bread and aioli situation? Dangerous. Our waiter had that perfect mix of fancy restaurant polish with actual personality – rare combo.
Spent hours there just soaking it all in. Fair warning though: book ahead unless you enjoy the thrill of potential rejection.
