What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pacha restaurant receives mixed reviews, with some diners appreciating the unique fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine and the benefit of free nightclub entry. However, many criticize the high prices relative to food quality, slow service, and occasional staff rudeness. Despite the drawbacks, the octopus and truffle mashed potatoes are occasionally highlighted as standouts.
"Yes, it’s overpriced but it’s exactly what you’d expect: you after all sign up for this and get to go to the club after, as well! The food was plentiful to our surprise, it was quite good to be fair obviously not worth the price but not bad at all! The drinks were great, staff friendly, however we did wait over 30 mins for espresso martinis, which is crazy. Also, we were seated inside and it was absolutely freezing to a point where we needed to ask to be moved outside as we were super uncomfortable."
Daniela Georgieva
"I wouldn’t recommend you to come. The quality of the food is definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t be willing to pay more than 35€ per person in Madrid for this food. I feel scammed.
First they bring an aperitif that we didn’t order and they didn’t ask us if we wanted, and later they charged for it. They agreed to remove it from the check after we complained.
The stracciatella with caviar is an absolutely scam. Over 50 euros for a little of “caviar” that was totally tasteless. As tasteless as the tuna carpaccio.
Sushi was just correct.
The bottle of water they served was full of dust. Disgusting. And the table was moving.
There are plenty of better options in Ibiza."

"We asked what the sushi plate contained and were told it was only salmon. In reality, it came with shrimp and other seafood we do not eat. Instead of apologizing for misleading us, the staff made us defend ourselves as if it were our fault.
We then asked if we could order something else and pay for only half the plate, but the waitress said she spoke to the chef and it was “not possible” because we had already eaten — what, two pieces out of twelve?!
Disgusting, rude service and zero respect for customers’ dietary restrictions. Do not go near this place."

Not content with owning Ibiza’s oldest and most glamorous club, Pacha also has its very own spectacular restaurant where clubbers dressed in their finest dine before spending a fun-fuelled night on the dance floor. Cuisine is a delicious combination of Mediterranean flecked with Japanese flair, and if you have dinner at the restaurant you get free entry to the club. So it’s a win-win situation, really.

We partied at Pacha our second night in Ibiza, but did not enjoy it as much as Hi. Hi was much larger, and had multiple different bars and dance areas inside the club you could easily walk around to, they even had a large outdoor area. Pacha seemed to be more of one large room, and didn’t have as many bars.
