En pleno Matogrande está este restaurante moderno que en los últimos años se ha especializado en carnes, contando no solo con vaca vieja sino también con buey gallego e incluso con carnes pocas veces vistas por estas tierras, como el buey de Kobe, que han llegado a vender por 300 euros el kilo. Cuenta siempre con chuletón de vaca vieja madurado en el mismo local que preparan marcándolo y permitiendo que el comensal con una plancha que instalan en la mesa.
