"A completely local resturaunt. Loved everything about it.
I think I was the only foreigner in the entire restaurant. Do make an effort to smile and order in Spanish.

But the real star? David, the waiter. This guy could juggle flaming plates while pouring your Arehucas and still remember your order perfectly. He doesn't believe in writing anything down, because he has the memory of an elephant.
