"The traditional fried potatoes are just chips, the steak is destroyed and chewy because they cook it for so long, it took 25 minutes longer for me to get an order taken than the table next to me who arrived at the same time. I had to get my own menu from the box because no one even acknowledged I was there after being seated. I ordered the entrecote, it was chewy and over cooked, though I'll admit that it tasted good. It's clearly good beef cooked badly. The second star on the food is for the Tiramasu I had as dessert, while lacking in a coffee flavour it was genuinely lovely and creamy. The place looks nice, and the meals served to others seemed good. My suggestion would be to come here if you're Spanish, don't come here if you're from anywhere else because the staff hate you."
