Reviews Summary

Corral de la Morería is lauded for its spectacular flamenco shows, featuring talented artists and a captivating atmosphere that immerses you in Spanish culture. While the performances are consistently praised, the Michelin-starred dining experience receives mixed reviews, with some finding the food disappointing and overpriced compared to the cost of the show.

"perfect show, a must visit! unlike many other customers that purchased show only tickets, we were satisfied with the service and had no issues as we did not order any food. the place is a bit crowded and staff is doing their best to give the best service, they are extremely helpful! we had an amazing night."

"Overall, would not recommend. For the minimum price €100 for show and dinner per person we expected much better. The entree (“liquid salad”) was the worst thing I can remember eating. We got put on the side wing right down the back. I spent the evening with the corner of a table in my chest. Could barely see anything between all the tables in front and waiters and children constantly walking back and forth. Of what we could see was the backs of the dancers, but sounded nice. The couple next to us complained and got better seats - not offered for us. The couple who got put next to us got sick of the bad food and not being able to see anything and left half way. Cherry on the top - not asking for bread and being charged for it."

James Soresi

"The flamenco show at Corral de la Morería is absolutely beautiful and truly worth attending for the cultural experience alone.

That said, the food was unfortunately very disappointing, especially given the Michelin star. My chicken dish (photo attached) seemed undercooked, with a texture that was unpleasant and difficult to enjoy. The flavors felt unbalanced, and overall the menu did not justify the high price point.Prices also felt excessive — even water starts at 7€, and the overall value simply doesn’t match the cost.

I would recommend visiting for the show, but I cannot recommend the dinner experience based on my visit."

The 24 Best Restaurants In Madrid - Madrid

Tablaos are bars and restaurants with live flamenco, and most of them in town are more about the performance than the food. This historic, family-owned La Latina spot not only features a show with some of the country’s most famous dancers and musicians but also prioritizes the food you’ll enjoy during it—quality, farm-to-table ingredients turn into dishes you remember long after the night ends. The menu is full of unexpected flavors that liven up traditional Spanish plates, like seasonal watermelon gazpacho that’s exceptionally refreshing on balmy evenings.
