"I'm not a hater, but this was definitely my worst experience in Madrid. I don't understand how this place got such a high rating and such a number of reviews.
The waiters were not friendly, didn't even know basic English (which is expected considering the name of the place), took the order without checking, brought out two burgers instead of one (they didn't even remove it from the bill, we had to ask for it then and wait for some more time), brought out ribs with the wrong side dishes, didn't ask if we wanted to repeat the drinks (and we actually did want, and we asked for it twice ourselves, because they forgot), didn't ask how to cook the steak and brought it out well-done.
As for the food itself, it also leaves much to be desired. The steak was not medium as preferred, it was well-done, the ribs were completely burnt on one side, meaning you couldn't actually eat half of the dish, the burger was mediocre, especially for the price, the nachos were just some kind of mass that stuck together and it was unclear how to eat it, the lemonades were not refreshing, but so sour that it was impossible to drink them.
