Regarding the duck breast dish:
The duck breast was good, tasty, but the problem was that the duck breast was like 200grams and the side dish 100 grams. There are very few potatoes and I was always stressing to not eat too fast the side dish but unfortunately even if I was paying attention to this, at the end I still had go eat some duck breast alone... I suggest that you should adapt the size of the sides
