En nuestro último viaje a la ciudad nos quedamos a comer en la terraza del Corte y Cata, otro de los mejores restaurantes de Salamanca, y nos encantó. En este local, situado a pocos metros de la Universidad, puedes comer a base de tapas o un menú completo a un precio razonable de unos 20 euros por persona. Entre sus platos estrella tradicionales con toques modernos destacan el solomillo, los platos de jamón ibérico de calidad, el pulpo, el tataki de salmón y el bacalao, además de buenos vinos de la tierra.

To be honest, everything at Corte y Cata was a hit, but my favorite pincho was a plate of tiny squid on pineapple chutney with a smear of black-garlic aioli alongside. We combined our tapas selections with the daily menu: gazpacho and Iberian pork with honey mustard, and a dessert of mille-feuille of chocolate truffle and glazed orange.
