San Antonio has a varied gastronomy of the highest quality and its tourist website could not help but reflect this reality, gathering a complete guide of restaurants in the municipality, in which places as famous as Es Tragón, the only Michelin Star awarded restaurant on the island, Es Ventall with its exceptional Mediterranean cuisine with a creative twist, the impressive Sa Capella or the popular Hostal La Torre, among many others.

Last year, at just 21 years of age, the pastry chef at the Es Ventall restaurant, Matías Trelis, was recognised as the Balearic Islands’ Best Pastry Chef. He later represented the Balearics in the national competition, which was held in Zaragoza. Despite his tender years, during his time at Es Ventall Matías has developed a sophisticated selection of desserts, including some dishes that comprise over 15 ingredients.

If you don’t want to leave Ibiza without trying its gastronomy, in the centre of San Antonio you will find two excellent restaurants serving Ibizan cuisine: Es Rebost de Can Prats and Es Ventall. At the former you can find the island’s traditional specialities, while at the latter you can sample the contemporary cuisine of chef José Miguel Bonet, inspired by local recipes.

This wonderful family owned back street restaurant in the labyrinth of San An has recently had a beautiful modern makeover. The owners proudly support local producers and grow their own veggies whilst the taster menu is as good as any gastronomic experience that you might expect from dining in San Sabastian or Barcelona.

Other excellent dining establishments are found in the town’s historic centre, such as El Rincón de Pepe, famed for its delicious tapas dishes; and the Restaurante Es Ventall, renowned for the quality of the ingredients grown in the local vegetable garden, which are cooked in a wood-fired oven.

The best clubs in San Antonio Ibiza are Eden and Es Paradis, which are located in the city center. Furthermore, Amnesia, Pacha, Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza, and Privilege are all approximately 15-25 minutes away in a cab, which will cost you about 20-25€ every trip.

13/10/2024: He comido muchas veces allí y siempre tuve una buena experiencia. Sin embargo , la última vez , tanto mi pareja , un familiar y yo mismo, nos intoxicamos con algún ingrediente. Concretamente fue con el arroz a banda del bullit de peix.
