Llegamos a las 22:30 sin reserva, y la chica de la puerta nos dijo fríamente: "Hay sitio, pero para pedir algo rápido... o me dejan sentar y me atienden como es debido, o cierran". Por lo demás, sin duda merece la pena recorrer unos kilómetros más. Carne deliciosa y verduras excelentes, con sabores que rara vez se encuentran en restaurantes.

Located on the main road from Santa Gertrudis to San Miguel. Very easy to find as they have a bicycle out front. Being right off the main road does not detract from the lovely terraced restaurant where you can relax and enjoy some Mediterranean fare.

I particularly liked Aubergine (www.aubergineibiza.com), an unpretentious roadside venta from the outside that opens out into a stunning landscaped garden.
