However, some diners report issues with service, including rudeness and upselling, and concerns about portion sizes relative to price. The presence of flies has also been noted as a minor drawback.

"Very good place in the outskirts of segovia! You can reach by car, or as well by foot via the river from the Fuencisla valley.
This place is extremely traditional with a beautiful vibe. Attention is spot on, and the quality of the food is supberb. They clearly have decades (and more) of work behind them, and you can truly see it. Very popular with locals. Fully recommended!"

"This restaurant has great settings, with its facades going back to 12th century (according to the waiter). I was in a party of 8 and the waiters constantly tried to sell us more expensive plates on the menu. The food was good, but I don't think the quality was above and beyond 30 euros per person. We ended up paying over 260 euros for dinner, which I don't think was excessive, but it was still more than what I paid in a decent restaurants in Madrid. I don't think I will go back."

Paul Gu

"The service was terrible, the waitress was extremely rude, constantly ignoring us or making faces to whatever we said or asked. It was slow service and he was throwing the things to the table. Another of his colleagues came to serve us as well but he was also rude. They also brought thinks we didn't order."
