We visited twice last week and preferred early evening when it was a little quieter, and it’s perfect for pre dinner drinks. But if you want live music and nightlife go later.
Local beer and local wine, good burgers, and a very laidback, cool vibe. Plenty of seating though suspect it gets packed later!
It’s different than any other drinks place in the city and I’d definitely recommend.

"During my month in Valencia, it became clear that there's always something to do, including a free jazz show at one of the coolest bars I've ever stepped foot in!
Right near the beach and you'll find yourself swept away by the industrial, yet cozy feel of La Fabrica, tapping your foot to the live music while grabbing an ice cold pint. Go for the Turia, a local and spectacular beer. Complete with food, so you don't need to worry about searching for somewhere else to go. Arrive early to grab a seat if there's a band on.
