Then came the star of the meal—Foie Gras & Mushroom Paella with Rabbit—every bite was bursting with rich, deep flavors, easily one of the most unique and delicious takes on paella we've had. For dessert, the Lotus Cookie Cheesecake was indulgent, while the horchata-infused pudding (reminiscent of French toast) was a sweet and creamy surprise. A must-visit for those craving exceptional Valencian cuisine."
