Irás a la sorpresa ya que no tienen carta, sus productos, siempre de primera calidad, dependen de la temporada y el mercado; eso sí, sus míticos callos no fallan nunca. Y si pides el menú ten en cuenta que no incluye bebida, puedes elegir un vino de su bodega o incluso te permiten llevar el tuyo propio.
