The complimentary bread was delicious!! I ordered the Swedish meatballs and thought they were fantastic — I’d absolutely recommend trying them. I also had the beef ribeye (Biff Rydberg), which was just okay. It looked nicely cooked on the outside, but I didn’t realize it would be very rare in the center — something to keep in mind if that’s not your preference.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Prinsen if you’re looking for traditional Swedish cuisine in a nice ambience with high-quality food."
