What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Saycheese! is celebrated for its exceptional cheese fondue and raclette, often described as the best. The cozy, upscale ambiance and friendly service contribute to a memorable experience. However, some diners have noted issues with inconsistent service, feeling rushed, and unexpectedly high charges for items like water and desserts, leading to mixed feelings despite the quality of the food.
"Paula was fantastic!!! So kind and great with all the little kids we had running around! The food was exceptional, views were amazing, and atmosphere was so cozy and so fun!! 10/10 recommend!"
Ally Hunter
"Had two plates of different Raclettes, super tasty! They were super nice about my gluten allergy, and had separate bread they made for me upon request. Unlike what others have reported, I walked in with no reservation at 7:15 and got a table, this was in April."
Sydney Erickson
"Say Cheese is a place to go if you really want to
sit down and enjoy a long dinner but for us, we wish we had passed. It’s very warm inside the restaurant so you’re sweating your entire meal. It took the sever several minutes just to take our drink orders. There was zero effort to welcome us, explain the menu to us, or even to ask if we had ever been before. Water is only available by purchasing expensive bottles of it. The food is ok, nothing that will change your life. The worst part of it all is the sever sets down about 6 desserts on our table (that we did not order) and says “these are for you, enjoy”, and quickly walks away. Us, not being familiar with the restaurant, assumed maybe this is part of the meal service. We took a few bites of two items (didn’t touch the other 4). The check comes and all six desserts are on the bill! I discussed this with the server and explained I didn’t even order dessert. She did remove the charges but the whole experience was off putting."

A Few Winter Days in Zermatt
If you are not accustomed to fondue in Switzerland and want a somewhat upscale environment, this is an excellent place for you. This was recommended to me for their Toblerone Fondue dessert. My honest assessment was that the cheese was a bit bland and I would have preferred the heartier selection or a Raclette.
